A snapshot of what you would do:
As an Account Manager, you will be part of our dynamic Services team and a key contributor to TransLoc’s continued growth. Your key responsibility is to manage the relationship between TransLoc and our clients from the point of contract signature through renewal. As the internal liaison between our clients and our organization, you will be up for the challenge of juggling and balancing TransLoc’s business needs with the needs and goals of our clients, and at times leading conversations where those two interests are at odds.
Your objective is to own customer retention, identify growth opportunities and reduce churn within your client portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will help onboard new customers, set expectations around timelines and deliverables. As well as conduct proactive discussions with our clients regarding the health of their account, identify opportunities where TransLoc can provide additional support for success, and resolve any issues that our clients may experience.
